That is a canned chicken.  

YUM-O!  So fast and convenient!  And it looks totally edible and delicious and not covered in a mysterious slime from a planet we haven’t discovered yet.  And it’s fully cooked?  So I can just pop that onto a plate with some canned fish assholes and a canned peanut butter & jelly sandwich (also on the list)?  Modern technology you guys.  Aren’t you glad you live in this 21st century?
