Kim & Kroy ain’t got no money so they stopped paying the rent.

I’ve long said that Kandi is the only Real Housewife of Atlanta with any Real Money. Phaedra is pretty well-off. Nene is milking this Hollywood thing, so she has a few millions. But Sheree has a big ditch where her mansion is supposed to be, and Cynthia can’t even throw an anniversary party without asking one of her Actually Rich Friends to let her borrow their house for a quick minute.

Kim though? Nobody knows. I mean, the Interwebs estimates her net worth at somewhere between two and five million dollars, but from where? She definitely didn’t make that being a nurse. Did Big Poppa just write her checks? Did she have a monthly Sidepiece Stipend?

I guess none of that matters at this point anyway because this trick can’t even pay her rent these days.

Here’s the deal:

Kim obviously can’t afford that big fancy mansion that she is renting from Kendra. I like how she was all on the reunion special talmbout how she was in the process of buying it, but whatever. She’s been renting. Kendra basically went on Twitter to say that Kim wasn’t paying rent…because that’s what grown-ups do these days, air out their grievances against one another on social networking sites instead of talking in person. Kim retaliated and said people will say anything for attention and that her rent is paid in full.

OH BUT WAIT…is it really???

Well, TMZ has unearthed the lease agreement and Kim is a damn lie. The lease was up on May 30th and every month of occupancy after would be on a month-to-month basis. The lease could be terminated with a 30-day-notice, and that’s what Kroy did at the end of March. So if the notice was March 29th, they’d have to move out by May 1st right? But we’re in June now. And Kim ain’t paid one red cent. She supposed to be paying $600 per day now that the lease has been made null and void and Kendra understandably wants her money.

Kim said she paid it all.

Until her spot got blowed up on the Internet and everybody found out she’s a lie. So, she’s now saying she really hasn’t been paying the $600-per-day penalty because she’s gonna cough up one lump sum when she moves out.

(It might be work, I don’t know what he looks like.) Kendra better get a lawyer immediately because clearly she ain’t seein no more rent money from Ms. Tardy For The Rent Payment.
