Why were Peach, Mondo, and Kayne hanging out last night in Chelsea?

And Michael Costello, but I hate him and his crap little drapey designs.

Last night, I had a little mini-date and we ended up at Barracuda after dinner. Before I even sidled up to the bar to order drinks, I saw Mondo at the other end of the room. He was impossible to miss wearing a bright red suit and a black & white top. Unlike a lot of designers, apparently he dresses the way he creates. He was staring in our direction, looking at either myself or my friend, but we were just trying to get a drink.

As we walked passed the pool table, I saw Peach writing on a notepad and talking to some other former contestant whose name I couldn’t remember. I thought “That’s odd…what are they doing here?” When we sat down with our drinks, I noticed Michael Costello talking to some guy across the room. A few feet away, Kayne sat down…wearing a see-through black shirt. :-(

(Actually, he looks a lot better in person than I thought he would. Either that, or the darkness of a gay bar makes all those interesting angles in his face look appealing. And he has really big nipples.)

I was really excited though! We just stumbled into the bar because it was close to where we had dinner. I didn’t know I was going to be in the middle of a Project Runway episode! I was looking at my outfit, making sure my hair was cute, thinking it was another reunion season that I just found myself in the middle of.

We couldn’t stay for long because I had somewhere to be, but I just googled what was going on last night.

And it wasn’t a reunion season. :-(

I was excited for nothing. Project Runway had a 10th Anniversary Party last night at the High Line so those kids just wandered over to Barracuda afterward for some reason.

I guess I’m OK with that. I don’t really need to get excited about meeting any of them anyway unless Rami’s arms are involved…

New season starts tonight though…which, for me, will be Friday since I don’t have cable so I have to wait a day for everything. If you text me and spoil it, I will cut you. Just giving you a warning.
