Keane “Crystal Ball”

I tend to avoid watching Keane videos because the lead singer is so awkward and my mind always goes to “what’s it like being that guy in the band when the other two are so cute?”  But I love his voice, and I was randomly listening to Keane all last night.

This is the most depressingly awesome video.  Watch it first…then highlight the next part.  See, Keane wrote this when they were so busy touring and being rock stars that they weren’t slowing down to appreciate what was happening around them.  And the video is about not paying attention to your life until it’s gone.  It’s not as depressing once you know the background, but man.  I rarely say this about music videos, but I wish this was a whole movie.

I really wanna know what happens to that guy. :-(
