Wait, why don’t I own this?  Y’all know Chilli is my spirit animal (but a more Relevant and Talented version, clearly).  I love how T-Boz and Left Eye are smiling but Chilli is giving you full pout and smize.  These doll makers knew what time it was.

I agree they look gay, but not because Ken looks so much like Ellen as Barbie looks like Chris Crocker.

Galia Slayen thinks so.

“I’m not blaming Barbie [for her own eating disorder] — she’s one small factor, an environmental factor,” the 20-year-old Hamilton College, NY, student said in the segment, below. “I’m blond and blue-eyed and I figured that was what I was supposed to look like. She was my idol. It impacted the way I looked at myself.” 

As part of a project for school, she built a life-size Barbie of 6 feet tall to mimic the proportions of the 11.5 inch doll.   The doll’s measurements of a 5 inch bust, 3.25 inch waist, and  5.188 inch hips translate to 39-18-33 on a 6ft tall replica.  Basically, Barbie is Boobzilla.

I’m not saying Barbie does or doesn’t lead to eating disorders.  What I’m saying is, can Galia make me a GI Joe repilica???  I mean, just for purely academic purposes.
