The naked man who was fatally shot by Miami Police Saturday as he chewed another man’s face has been identified,according to Local 10.

Rudy Eugene, 31, of North Miami Beach was shot multiple times during the grisly assault on the Downtown exit ramp of the busy MacArthur Causeway. The Miami Herald reports he had been arrested 8 times since the age of 16, including a battery charge which was later dropped and 4 instances involving marijuana.

Viewing child pornography online not a crime: New York court ruling

In a controversial decision that is already sparking debate around the country, the New York Court of Appeals ruled on Tuesday that viewing child pornography online is not a crime.

“The purposeful viewing of child pornography on the internet is now legal in New York,” Senior Judge Carmen Beauchamp Ciparick wrote in a majority decision for the court. (cont.)

This woman was a ball buster – literally.

A woman riding her scooter killed a man by squeezing his testicles after arguing over a parking spot in Haikou City, Hainan Province, China.

The 41-year-old rider rode her scooter to an elementary school in the Meilan District, Haikou City to pick up her child and when she wanted to park her scooter in front of a shop, she was rejected by the shop owner, a 42-year-old male.

An argument ensued and the middle aged woman grabbed the man’s testicles, and squeezed them till he finally collapsed on the ground.

The man was immediately rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately died despite doctors efforts to revive him.

How is that even possible?

Some lady in South Dakota went to jail for breastfeeding somebody else’s baby.

…A mom was startled to find a woman she didn’t know breastfeeding her child in her Brookings bedroom on Sunday, radio station KJJQ reported.

The mom called 911 after she allegedly found the intruder around 5 a.m. feeding her two-month-old infant, according to the Associated Press.

The mother got her baby back from the rogue lactating lady, but the suspect stayed in the house and lay on the resident’s bed until police arrived to arrest her.

Brookings police department officials didn’t return calls from The Huffington Post, but news reports said the 24-year-old suspect was charged with unlawful occupancy.

Neither the suspect nor victim was identified.

Where is the rest of that sentence? Unlawful occupancy of a strange baby’s mouth by your tiddie? Y’all, that is crazy. She was probably on meth. You know how those super-rural areas are. Nothing to do? Let’s make some meth from stuff we got at Wal-Mart.

When cops kicked down the door of an elderly woman’s Oklahoma home on Monday, they said they knew they’d find some marijuana. What they didn’t expect was that 73-year-old Darlene Mayes was packing 4 pounds of pot, $276,000 in cash, a semiautomatic pistol and a revolver, The Daily reported.

In NYC, the police can stop you for just looking suspicious, which frequently means for being a man of color. In 2009, over half a million people were stopped by the NYPD, 84% of them people of color even though people of color make up roughly half of the population of the city.

In The Times article on New York City Police Commissioner Ray Kelly’s aboutface on the efficacy of stop-and-frisk, Michael Powell talked to group of eight black men currently attending the Borough of Manhattan Community College. “Cumulatively, they said they had been stopped 92 times.” (cont.)

None of them had committed a crime and none of them had been in possession of any contraband. One student interviewed is actually the son of a police detective and was made to take a breathalyzer for no reason, while another interviewee was forced to remove his shoes on the subway.

But to really demonstrate what a problem this is, let me break the statistics down for you. With pictures. Because a picture is worth a thousand words.

I feel like white people are still missing the point.

Whether it truly is an innocent case of a simple lack of understanding or if some people are purposely ignoring THE POINT so they can cry about reverse racism, there are far too many white people bringing up irrelevant side-topics when talking about Trayvon Martin.

Every time a white person makes a variation of the “well, this white person was murdered by these black people, so why isn’t Al Sharpton mad about that racial bias?” I want to tear my face off and stuff it down their throat so they’ll shut up.
