Of course last week was all about Brandy, even if Two Eleven is slightly disappointing.  I mean, it’s *good* but I guess I keep hoping for another Afrodisiac.  Plus, I was so exciting to have a non-bootleg version of “Silent Night” and she didn’t even put it on the album!  I hope it turns up as a B-side or something, because it’s better than about 40% of the songs she chose.

Also of note: I still listen to 702 and you should as well.

It was Madonna Week so obviously I was all over that.  Girls’ Generation was super cute on Live! with Kelly though.  I’m gonna go watch that again.

I had this revelation while listening to Emmylou Harris that I really want her to do a song with T.I.  Seeing Dolly Parton next to Lil Wayne reminded me that I want that to happen.  I think they’d be real cute.  And T.I. did perform at Taylor Swift’s concert so it’s not totally outside of the realm of possibility.  I wonder how Emmylou feels about rap music…
